Great breakfast for long Disney World days, excellent service from staff.

we stayed at quality inn during spring break and got a reasonable rate that was less than half what we would have paid to stay on disney property. staff was friendly and check in/out was a breeze. our room was clean and comfortable. for the price the building was well maintained and the overall service offered was very good. the location is ideal since there are lots of amenities nearby especially the disney parks which are just a few mins away. the hotel is also connected to shuttles that provide free transportation to various parks such as disney and sea world. the staffs were very friendly and helpful and also very attentive to any concerns during my stay. housekeeping delivered an amazing service and the rooms were always clean and the beds well made when coming back. they also have a business section in the lobby that offers tickets for disney parks and other attractions in orlando for discounted prices. free parking is provided and very spacious. it’s proximity to the theme parks was great—a very short drive to hollywood studios which is where we were headed. we checked in very late and the staff member on the front desk was very welcoming and cheery and got us all settled in as quickly as possible. 👍

I chose Quality Inn for its convenient location near Disney Springs and Universal CityWalk. I was pleasantly surprised by the level parking spaces and easy transfers for mobility aid users. The free shuttle service and gift shop were a bonus, and the free coffee and tea throughout the day made me feel like I found a great deal.
